Refund Policy
No Refunds — Digital Source Code Product
The SMS Gateway is a digital source code product. Once your download link is delivered, you have full access to the complete source code. Because we cannot revoke your access to the code once delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable.
When You Complete Your Purchase
By completing your purchase, you:
- Expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content
- Acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive
- Confirm you have reviewed the product page, documentation, and requirements before purchasing
If Setup Fails
We stand behind our product. If you cannot successfully deploy the SMS Gateway following our documentation, and our email support cannot resolve your issue within 14 days of purchase, we will work with you in good faith to find a resolution — which may include, at our discretion, a partial or full refund.
To be eligible for good-faith support:
- You must contact us within 14 days of purchase
- You must have followed the setup documentation
- You must provide sufficient details for us to diagnose the issue (deployment logs, error messages, environment details)
- You must be attempting to deploy in a supported configuration (documented CRM, documented telephony provider, documented hosting platform)
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve any issue violates these Terms and will result in permanent revocation of your license. You will be required to destroy all copies of the Product and cease all use. If you have a problem, email us first — we're a small team and we respond quickly.
